01 / AFTER THE SALE

From your shop.
To your customer’s door.

The product is sold. Next, collection needs coordinating, the recipient needs contacting and the goods need handing over as agreed.

Prepared order

We collect the goods from the agreed location and fulfil the next part of the order according to your process.

Informed recipient

Within the approved process, we agree how to contact the recipient, when to deliver and how to hand over the goods.

Consistent process

For recurring orders, we use a shared process for transferring data, communicating with recipients and handing over goods.

02 / DELIVERY PROCESS

One order.
A clear process.

We agree delivery tasks and their scope based on the product and your working procedures. Non-standard cases are discussed separately.

  1. 01

    Order details

You provide product, recipient, address, timing and handover details in the agreed format.

  2. 02

    Check and collection

We assess the route, timing, preparation and additional work. The prepared order is collected at the agreed place and time.

  3. 03

    Contact with the recipient

We contact the recipient and arrange delivery using the agreed method and timing.

  4. 04

    Handover

We deliver to the agreed location and record the handover. Additional work is carried out only when confirmed in advance.

New orders from contract business customers follow the same agreed process.

03 / CONTROL AND CONDITIONS

Clear handover.
A visible result.

We record delivery in your system or in GSMtasks. The confirmations and reports you receive are agreed individually.

Signature and documents

Confirmation of order handover.

Photos

The photos we provide are agreed individually.

Time records

Collection and delivery times.

Phone, SMS or email notifications and the scope of reporting are also agreed individually.

04 / IS IT RIGHT FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

When a sale
needs a delivery

The product is already sold, and you need a managed process through to handover.

The recipient is a private customer

We hand the goods to the recipient at the agreed delivery point.

  • 02
    Coordination matters

The recipient needs contacting and a delivery time window needs agreeing in advance.

  • 03
    Orders recur

A consistent process helps manage recurring orders.

  • 04
    There are additional conditions

We assess carrying upstairs and other additional work in advance.
