Tell us what to expect
Once you receive the seller’s tracking number, register the shipment in the EcoTrip system. Enter your first name, surname, tracking number and delivery address in Lithuania.
04 / LITHUANIA
We arrange onward transport
After identifying the shipment by name and tracking number, we plan its transport. We contact you if the packaging is damaged, details are unclear or the contents cannot be accepted; in that case, the customer arranges return to the seller.

Should I register the shipment before it arrives?
Yes. The order or tracking number and expected delivery date help us identify the shipment when it reaches the UK receiving point.
Can I buy from several sellers?
You can register several purchases. We will assess their arrival times and volume to confirm whether transporting them together makes sense.
What if I need EcoTrip to buy the item?
